Early Sunday morning, Houston police responded to the scene of a victim found stabbed to death by his girlfriend - with her stilettos. After an argument, 44-year-old Ana Trujillo reportedly stabbed her 59-year-old boyfriend, Alf Stefan Andersson, in the head repeatedly with a pair of her stilettos.
