DOCUMENT: Criminal Complaint Against Three UMass-Dartmouth Students Accused of Aiding Boston Bombing Suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev

Three students at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth were charged Wednesday with lying to federal investigators about their assistance to Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhorkhar Tsarnaev. The three men — Dias Kadyrbayev, Azamat Tazhayakov and Robel Phillipos — allegedly disposed of evidence relevant to the bombing investigation. A criminal complaint filed by an FBI agent says they removed a backpack from Tsarnaev’s dormitory room on April 18. A copy of the complaint, obtained by WBUR in Boston, is posted below:
