The fans have spoken and Barry Sanders is king. Sanders beat out current Minnesota Viking Adrian Peterson for the cover of Madden 25, as well as other old school favorites including Marcus Allen, Ray Lewis and Joe Montana.

Hopefully the “Madden Curse” (when a player appears on the cover and has a terrible season/injury the following year) doesn’t effect Sanders — we don’t want ol’ Barry breaking a hip.
