Former-NY-Gubernational-Turned-NYC-Mayoral Candidate, and self-proclaimed ninja, Jimmy McMillan, a.k.a. “The Rent is Too Damn High Guy,” is back in the public eye with a new anthem, and corresponding music video, intended to lure the voters to pull his lever (instead of, for example, Anthony Weiner’s… lever) come election day.

Produced, but not endorsed, by AnimalNewYork, McMillan, who has taken to the mic before, rhythmically spells out some of the key planks of his familiar platform:

Rent and the deficit is too damn high.

Poverty and unemployment both up in the sky.

Wages and education is too damn low.

Economic recovery is too damn slow.

Will tapping-toes follow him all the way to City Hall? Only time will tell. . .
