ABC News, citing ‘a friend and other evidence’, is alleging that the Twitter handle @J_tsar belongs to Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.  The bio simply reads “Salam aleikum”, and the last two tweets entered (dated April 16th and 17th) seem a bit at odds with one another:
