More than 150 residents have been taken to three different hospitals. According to reports, 10-15 homes have been demolished, while 50 have been heavily damaged. Flames have taken down the town’s nursing home and a 50 unit apartment complex. Because the burning material and fumes are considered toxic and hazardous, firefighters cannot yet tame the smoldering still going on at the facility here at the fourth hour.

City law enforcement officials plan to go door-to-door in the town with a population of approximately 2,800.
