Justin Beiber is a dyed-in-the-wool hockey fan. Big time. One quick Google search, and you’ll find the interwebs are just littered with pics of him in various states of hockey devotion:
But when you are a self-proclaimed fan, an aficionado of the game, as it were, and you use your Billboard Top 100 Bubblegum All-Star caché to gain A-List access to Lord Stanley’s Cup, well you’d better damn-sure get clear on the True Fan protocols.

Disrespectfully traipsing your boyish frame all over the 2013 NHL Champion Chicago Blackhawks‘ team logo to get your Tweetable “Yeah I was there” moment is decidedly not fan-like, son! And the real fans are apoplectic:
Bieber stepped on my favorite hockey team’s locker room logo. He can get away from me.

#StopHateAndRespectJustinBieber Maybe Bieber should respect the Hawks and all hockey fans and not step on the logo. #Loser

BREAKING NEWS: Justin Bieber was just recently escorted to landscaping duty by the Blackhawks for standing on team's logo.

If Justin bieber was such a big hockey fan that he claims he is, he would know better than to step on the logo in the dressing room #idiot

Once word got out about the Biebs’ undeniable lack of hockey etiquette, other organizations had no choice but to Bieber-proof their locker rooms in anticipation of a potential JB visit. With the Canadian crooner scheduled to perform at TD Garden in Boston, the Bruins were forced to take drastic measures to ensure their logo would not be desecrated as well:

Boston don’t play.
Young Justin, ViralRead implores you - learn from the folly of T.O. and respect the logo, kid.

Or perhaps next time, Brandon Bollig might just have to George Teague your golden pipes right into the locker room floor.

Oh the dollar amount we’d pay to watch that cross-check…
