Filomena “Phyllis” Tobias is the woman attached to the middle digit in this now-viral photo taken after the Miami Heat stomped the Chicago Bulls 115 - 78 on Wednesday night. Apparently it wasn’t enough that the Bulls’ Joakim Noah was ejected from the game after losing his cool over a technical foul. No — Tobias also insisted on letting Noah know how much she cares.

But wait — there’s more! Tobias is the already infamous four-husbands-deep, multi-millionaire widow of a hedge fund owner who died under mysterious circumstances which prompted accusations of her being complicit in his death.
