This photo has just been confirmed, posted by coldrunnings, a Reddit user who claims his friend on Boston Police Department sent it to him.
This is the first image of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev as he is being captured.
He is lying on his back, bloody faced, receiving medical attention.
UPDATE 5:35 p.m. April 20, 2013: We at ViralRead like to give credit where credit is due, and when we first published this phot, shortly after it was posted on Reddit by user coldrunnings, we took him and his story as probably. Well, it turns out coldrunnings stole the photo from a posting on Twitter by @Hossenator, “A below average looking male,with a smokin hot wife, who doesnt like people very much, including himself,” according to his account. That user has since deleted the tweet, citing “too much attention,” and made his tweets private. Before his account was protected, it was clear that @Hossenator is a Boston police officer, and likely took the photo himself.
Meanwhile, Reddit user coldrunnings has been taken to “Karma Court” by Reddit users and has been found “guilty of all charges of Karma prostitution of the first degree.” He has since deleted his account.

did they really have to put cuffs on him why not ankle cuffs he is wounded and there were hundreds of cops get real
It doesn't matter how many cops were there, ankle cuffs are useless and ridiculous. They can provide proper medical care with him handcuffed. Ankle cuffs don't protect the cops when he tries to take a swing at them.
