On his VK profile (a European based social network), Boston Marathon tragedy bombing Suspect Dzhokhar (He uses a phonetic spelling of Djohar on the site) Tsarnaev lists a ‘World View’ of Islam. He is the “White Hat Suspect” in photos released by the FBI and is now at large. Suspect number two, “Black Hat Suspect”, is believed to be his older brother and was killed earlier by authorities.
