An anti-Israel protest in Oakland, California quickly went sour this past Wednesday.
Video footage shows an anti-Israel demonstrator physically assaulting an Israeli peace activist who attended Wednesday’s demonstration.
The demonstration was held in coordination with the local Occupy Oakland group.
The assailant, believed to be Gabby Silverman, attacked the young girl in the video for writing on the sidewalk, “Am Yisrael Chai” which is a phrase for “The Nation of Israel Lives”.
The photo above is believed to be an October 2012 mug shot of Silverman after being arrested for throwing projectiles at police officers during a separate demonstration.

Too bad Ms. Silverman had to stretch the truth and say the Jewish girl "wrote over their space." The video clearly shows that she didn't write over their writing. Silverman's name calling and vulger language reflects poorly on HER, not the passive Jewish girl, and destroys Silverman's credibility. The Palestinians negate themselves by attacking Israel and saying they want to remove Israel from the face of the earth, and they are always staging situations (search 'Pallywood') that try to show that Israel has harmed them, and it is actually the other way around, so it always backfires on them. "Though shalt not covet they neighbor's house." Moses, 10th Commandment. And Ms. Silverman needs to clean herself up. jussayin.
Ms Silverman is clearly making up her facts as the video shows.
A favored tactic of leftists and especially of anti Israel Arabs. The recent photo scandal shows that when even caught lying about the death of a child, anti Jewish Arabs will perpetuate the lie.
