Conservatives need to reach youth through the Internet and have “a little more fun,” Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz declared Friday morning at CPAC.

“I wasn’t talking about the budget when I was 22,” said Chaffets, who has been called “the funniest member of Congress” by Comedy Central.
